This isn’t a content-churn or KPI-chasing role. It’s about orchestration. The right person will have an instinct for cultural signals, a visual and verbal sensibility that aligns with our work, and the coordination skills to move ideas from conversation to reality. You’ll work closely with the founders and design team to make sure Keyframe’s presence — online, in business, and in culture — is as intentional as the work we produce.
What you’ll be doing
- Curating and managing Keyframe’s social media across platforms with a design-forward, brand-consistent aesthetic.
- Coordinating with clients, partners, and collaborators on business development and outreach.
- Assisting in shaping proposals, decks, and cultural narratives that support our work.
- Organizing and maintaining systems for project, event, and cultural initiatives.
- Tracking and interpreting creative industry trends, opportunities, and conversations.
- Supporting the flow of communication between the studio and the outside world.
Who you might be
- Someone who can navigate between the grid of Instagram and the grid of a spreadsheet without losing their rhythm.
- Skilled at writing captions, emails, and proposals that feel intelligent, concise, and on-brand.
- Comfortable with creative tools (Adobe, Figma, etc.) and business tools (CRM, Notion, G-Suite, etc.).
- Attuned to cultural and industry shifts, with a knack for spotting opportunities.
- You can keep things moving in sync without losing the thread.
